General Shipping Policy
At Belles Lighting, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience. We are delighted to offer free US shipping on all orders (Exclude Alaska, Hawaii, or Virgin Islands) as a token of appreciation for choosing our lighting fixtures for your home.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Depending on your shipping address and location, we will select the most effective carrier to provide you with the best delivery service. Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx. For replacement items within the U.S., we ship using USPS. If a replacement needs to be shipped to Canada, it will be sent via UPS or FedEx.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Most in-stock items ship from our facility 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days after departing our facility.
Freight Shipping: Certain larger items and orders containing multiple items will be shipped via Freight Carrier (truck delivery). Freight shipments may take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery and are curbside only. We recommend securing assistance to move the items inside your home.
Backordered Items
For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available. If after your order is placed, an item is determined to be on backorder, we will arrange delivery as there are available stocks.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer free shipping within the US. For international orders, additional shipping fees may apply, and delivery times may vary. For orders ship from the US to Canada, a minimum shipping fee of CAD $60 will be applied.
Additional Information
Inspection of Items: Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement. Please save all damaged items, packing, and boxes.
