When will my tracking information be available?

Tracking details are usually available within 1–2 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—carriers may take some time to scan and update tracking information.

My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If it still isn’t working, contact us at service@belleslighting.com or call (323) 917-7854.

Can I track my order without a tracking number?

Yes! You can track your order using your Order Number and the phone number or email address used during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method, but typically range between 3–7 business days within the U.S.

I didn’t receive a tracking number. How can I get it?

Please check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your shipping confirmation. If you still can’t find it, reach out to our team with your order number, and we’ll resend the tracking info.

My order shows as “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or any designated package areas. If you still can’t locate the package, contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@belleslighting.com or (323) 917-7854.

Can I track replacement items separately?

Yes. Replacement items may be shipped separately, and you’ll receive a new tracking number once they’re dispatched.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Replacement items within the U.S. are shipped via USPS, and for replacements shipped to Canada, we use UPS or FedEx. For Canadian orders, shipping fees start at $60 CAD. What is your return policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
